We are winding down our tour through the Marshall Islands, so today we did our last cooking experience from there. Today we made a recipe called Siu Pao or more commonly known as Pork Rolls. My boys were so excited when they came in and saw everything ready for them that they just pitched right in with the making of them. Some were steamed, as the original recipe stated, and others were baked. Both were very good. On to our next country!!
