Mrs. Ironroad’s class attempts to create meals from each country they visit along with learning about the country. The class took a virtual journey to the inland country of St. Kitts & Nevis last week. One of the meals that was prepared had to be the most ambitious dishes yet, Lobster! There were a few students who have had the opportunity to try lobster but many never had it. The country of St. Kitts and Nevis depend on the ocean to provide much of their food, so it was fitting that this dish was chosen. The results were right down the middle. Some didn’t care too much for it, other’s found out they did love seafood.
